Why the "Lighthouse"?

We would like to shine with the light of the Bible in this spiritually dark and foggy world.

Jesus said, “I am the Light of the world…” John 8:12

We want to pass on the light of Jesus toward the people. Insecurity characterizes our age, but true light streams from the Bible.

The purpose of the lighthouse is to show direction. The lighthouse gives light to burdened ships tossing on the ocean. These ships are looking for the rescue light that will keep them from being lost at sea. In the same way, we would like to show the way for ships on the sea of life.

Too many people's lives are broken. We would like to give hope and the way of escape--not another religion, but a personal relationship with God.

Many people try various religions, hoping to find peace for their souls, but Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life” John 14:6.
